FAQs

A TWLOHA Subscription is an easy way to send hope to yourself or a loved one monthly! Once subscribed, you will receive an exclusive shirt and an 8x10 print, plus there's a surprise accessory included! Each design is specific to that month and won't be revealed until the package arrives.

Every month you’ll receive an exclusive shirt, 8x10 print, surprise accessory, and a monthly message of hope from TWLOHA.

TWLOHA Subscriptions ship within the first week of each month in an exclusive TWLOHA box. After the first month, your subscription will auto-renew on the 16th of every month.

When you order by the 16th, your first TWLOHA Subscription Box will ship the next month. Orders placed after the 16th will ship in 4-6 weeks. After that, if you’d like to make changes to your subscription (update the address, new shirt size, etc.), you must submit those by the 15th of the month.

If you are subscribed to a monthly plan, you'll be able to update the t-shirt size and/or address in your store account.

If you subscribed to a 6 or 12-month subscription, please email merch@twloha.com, and we'll be happy to assist you in making those updates.

Yes! Prior to the 15th, you'll have the opportunity to change both the size of the shirt in your order and the recipient's address so that you can send hope to a friend or loved one.

If you’re subscribed to the monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription after the 15th, you will receive one more shipment to the address provided. If you signed up for either the 6-month or 12-month subscription, you will be eligible to cancel your subscription following the completion of that time period.

Because the TWLOHA Subscription Box is exclusive, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a mistake with your order and/or an item arrives damaged, please email our customer support at merch@twloha.com, and we will be happy to help.

Currently, we do not ship subscriptions internationally.
