On Saturday, May 16, 2020, we're asking you to put your body, heart, and mind in motion for the annual Run For It 5k. Since 2013, thousands have responded and participated by moving for things like their well-being, their recovery, their healing, or even in memory of a loved one. Whatever your reason, no matter if this is your first race or your 8th, we believe every step in this journey counts just the same.
